From 6413 Amsterdam Way in north Wilmington we head south on I-40 and cross into Brunswick County via US-74/76 -- typically 20 minutes to most Leland neighborhoods, a little longer if the bridge backs up at peak times.

Most of that growth is newer housing on relatively open lots, which means homeowners who are ready to add quality outdoor living -- decks, screened porches, fencing -- and who want a contractor that can spec and build it right for the coastal exposure.
