The job was coordinated well by Brent, Office Manager. Tim, Craftsman arrived on time, discussing the project with the homeowner. He introduced Jordan, worker assisting him. Both stayed on task throughout the project. Upon completion Tim described each finished task. The work was completed as planned. The work was excellent.

Pressure Washing
House washing, driveways, decks, and fences -- coastal humidity grows mildew fast, and we knock it back without tearing up your surfaces.
In Wilmington's humidity, mildew and algae don't wait for an invitation. The green film on the shady side of the house, the black streaks on the driveway, the gray slime on the fence -- it all comes back every year, and near the water salt film adds its own layer. Coastal Concepts pressure washes homes and properties across New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties.
The right method matters more than raw pressure. Vinyl siding gets a soft wash that kills the growth without forcing water behind the panels; concrete driveways and walks get real pressure; decks and fences get washed with wood-safe settings -- and a wash is the required first step if you're planning to re-stain. If the HOA sent you a letter about the state of your siding, this is usually a one-visit fix.
Most pressure washing jobs run in the low hundreds, and we'll give you a firm number in a free written estimate before we start. Call (910) 239-8500 to get on the schedule.
Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my vinyl siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding gets a low-pressure soft wash that removes mildew and algae without forcing water behind the panels or stripping the finish. High pressure is saved for concrete, where it belongs.
How often should a house get washed around here?
Most coastal homes benefit from a yearly wash -- the humidity brings mildew back that fast, and homes near the water pick up salt film on top of it. Shaded north-facing walls usually show it first.
Do you wash decks before staining them?
Yes, and you should never stain over a dirty deck -- the stain won't bond and you'll be redoing it in a year. We can handle the wash alone or the full wash-and-stain as one scoped job.
